1.Overview

This policy explains how NAKED Wax Bar & Spa ("NAKED," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit nakedwaxbar.com, submit a form on the site, or otherwise contact us. It covers this website only. Booking and payment are handled on our booking provider's own platform (Zenoti), which has its own privacy policy.

By using this website, you agree to the practices described here.

2.Information we collect

Information you give us directly. When you submit a form on this site, we collect what you enter:

• Contact form: your name, email address, and message.
• Careers application: your name, email, phone number, the position and location you're interested in, a resume or portfolio link, and anything you write in the message field.
• Franchise inquiry: your name, email, phone number, market of interest, and your message.
• Creator / collaboration inquiry: your name, email, social handle, approximate follower count, preferred location, and your message.
• Newsletter signup: your email address.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, when you visit we and our analytics providers automatically receive your IP address, device and browser type, referring page, the pages you view, and the dates and times of your visits. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Analytics & Ads and Cookies).

We do not knowingly collect payment card numbers, government IDs, or other sensitive identifiers through this website.

3.How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry, application, or message.
• To send you the updates and offers you signed up for (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• To operate, maintain, and improve this website and understand how visitors use it.

Form submissions are delivered to us by email and stored in a Google Workspace account (Google Sheets / Gmail). We do not sell your personal information.

• Google Analytics 4 — to understand aggregate traffic and how visitors move through the site. Google processes this data on our behalf; see Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out across all sites with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel — to measure the results of our ads and show relevant ads to people who have visited our site. See Meta's Privacy Policy. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook ad settings.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, and some offer a "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" signal. Where required by law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the advertising cookies described above.

7.How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for our ordinary business records, then delete or anonymize them. Newsletter subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained according to our providers' standard retention periods.

8.Your choices and rights

You can:

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us.
• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
• Opt out of analytics and advertising cookies as described in Section 4.
