Prep & aftercare.
Before your Brazilian: let hair grow to about a quarter inch (roughly two weeks after shaving). Exfoliate gently a day or two before, come freshly showered, and skip heavy lotion, caffeine, and alcohol the day of.
For the first 24 to 48 hours after:
- Wear loose, breathable clothing.
- Skip hot tubs, saunas, steam, tanning, and heavy workouts.
- Avoid scented products on the waxed area.
After that: exfoliate two to three times a week to keep ingrown hairs away, and don't shave between visits so regrowth stays on one cycle.

How much is a Brazilian wax in The Woodlands?
A Brazilian is $45 for women and $60 for men at our Woodlands bar. New clients get an intro rate of $35 for women and $50 for men on their first visit.
Does a Brazilian wax hurt?
There's a sharp sting on the first few pulls, then your skin settles and it gets easier. Most first-timers say it was far less than they braced for. We use hard wax made for sensitive skin, work in small sections, and it's done in about 20 minutes. It hurts less every time you come back.
It's my first Brazilian. What should I expect?
Your esthetician starts with a quick consultation, walks you through each step, and keeps you draped as much as possible. You undress from the waist down, get on the table, and it's finished in about 20 minutes.
How long should my hair be?
About a quarter inch, roughly two weeks after shaving or three to four weeks after your last wax. If it's too short we'll let you know and get you rebooked.
How long does a Brazilian wax last?
Three to four weeks for most people. Regrowth comes in softer and finer the longer you wax, and rebooking every four weeks keeps everything on one cycle so each visit is quicker and smoother.
Do you do men's Brazilian waxing?
Yes. A men's Brazilian is $60 (about 40 minutes), and a first visit is $50. Men's bikini, buttocks and full body waxing are on the full waxing menu too.
Can I get waxed on my period?
Yes, as long as you're wearing a tampon or a cup. Skin can run a little more sensitive around your period, so some clients book for the week after instead. Either way is fine.
